Passing judgement seems to be human nature, but it makes it hard to be a true disciple of Christ. Once we’ve judged someone, we usually stop listening to them, which generally makes things worse! With that in mind, here’s your REAL Challenge for the week:
Identify where you’ve judged someone and give them another chance!
Living the Gospel message of love, forgiveness, and radical acceptance doesn’t include passing judgement on others. Remember what Jesus said in the sermon on the plain: “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven.” ~Luke 6:37
Giving other people another chance will help you too!
