Our planet is in crisis right now. Wildfires are raging out of control. Droughts are devastating large areas of the world. The polar ice caps are melting, coral reefs are dying, and severe weather events are getting more frequent and more powerful. Creation is crying out – and most of humanity isn’t listening. God loves creation, so we should too! With that in mind, here’s your REAL Challenge for the week:
Find an environmental action group and join them!
It’s time to get off the couch, put away our electronic devices, and start saving our planet. Remember what we read in the Book of Psalms: The heavens are the Lord’s heavens, but the earth he has given to the children of man. ~Psalm 115:16
The earth – our one common home – is a precious gift from God. Let’s start treating it that way!
