We should say “thanks” to all the people of our parish – even those who simply participate in the Eucharist each week – but it’s extra important to acknowledge those who are willing and able to volunteer their time in various capacities! With that in mind, here’s your REAL Challenge for the week:
Say “thanks” to a volunteer at your parish!
We must give thanks to God, which includes those who are acting as the hands and feet of Christ on earth. Remember what St. Paul told the Thessalonians: Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. ~1 Thessalonians 5:18
