Couples shouldn’t need to face marriage difficulties alone – they should be supported by family and the Christian community. Unfortunately, we don’t spend enough time talking about divorce, what leads to divorce, and what can be done to strengthen a struggling relationship! With that in mind, here’s your REAL Conversation for the week:
What more can the Church do to help couples who are struggling with their marriage?
Answer this question with your family. Use it as a conversation starter about what (if anything) you see the Church doing at what else the Church should be doing! Remember what St. Paul wrote: Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. ~Philippians 2:4
One goal of the Christian community is to help and support one another!
