It’s easy to hear the stories from the Gospels – especially when Jesus works miracles – and not really think about them too much. We’ve grown up hearing them, so we rarely expose them to our otherwise-skeptical minds. But if we don’t think critically about miracles, what do we really think about the miracle of the Real Presence in the Eucharist? With that in mind, here’s your REAL Question for the week:
What do you believe about God and miracles?
Spend some time thinking about this question and grappling with the idea of miracles in a more thoughtful manner than you probably have before! As you’re grappling with this question, remember what Jesus said about those who believe in him: “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” ~John 14:12
The more we truly believe, the more we’ll accomplish for Christ!
